Red Cat Holdings seeks an USV Operations Trainer to deliver technical and operational training for unmanned maritime systems. The role supports hands-on operator qualification and adapts delivery to individual trainees under Senior Instructors.

This position requires a US citizenship, a relevant degree, 1–3 years of training experience, and the ability to travel up to 50% for customer sites and missions. The Training Program Manager oversees curriculum alignment and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Must be a US citizen and able to obtain DoW clearance.
• 1–3 years of experience in technical or operational training delivery, or equivalent operational experience with USVs/UAVs/defense systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to explain technical concepts clearly to varied audiences.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 50% for training events.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom, laboratory and field-based instruction on USV operations and safety procedures.
• Support scenario-based and simulation-supported training exercises.
• Provide hands-on operator qualification training under supervision of senior instructors.
• Maintain trainee attendance and certification records in the training management system.
• Contribute to after-action reviews and post-training assessments.
