BCforward is seeking a Taxpayer Services - Specialist - Claims Specialist II for a Phoenix, AZ role on a hybrid schedule (onsite 1 day per week). This position handles unclaimed property work of considerable difficulty in claim processing and acts as an investigator applying program rules.

You will communicate with claimants and holders, conduct interviews, gather information, review notarized documents, and apply relevant statutes and regulations to determine ownership and approve payments.

• Strong attention to detail and discretion in handling sensitive information.
