Job summary

Kendall Auto Group in Fairbanks, AK is seeking a Service Advisor to join our fast-paced service team. You will be the first contact for customers, identify repair and maintenance needs, and coordinate with technicians and sales staff to ensure quality service.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service, time management, and communication skills, plus knowledge of auto repair and at least 2 years of service writing experience. A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required.

Responsibilities

• Interface with customers, technicians, and salespersons to identify and sell vehicle repairs and maintenance.
• Verify work performed and diagnosed; research vehicle history for educated recommendations.
• Input and maintain customer information; complete tasks efficiently and communicate with customers via phone, email and chat.
• Schedule service appointments.
