Kendall Auto Group in Fairbanks is seeking a Service Advisor to join our fast-paced service team. You will be the first contact for customers, identify maintenance needs with technicians, and help schedule repairs and communicate estimates.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of automobile repair and maintenance.
• 2 years of service writing experience preferred.
• Valid driver license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Interface with customers, technicians and salespersons to identify and sell vehicle repairs and maintenance.
• Verify work was properly performed and diagnosed.
• Research vehicle history to make educated recommendations.
• Input and maintain customer information; complete work tasks efficiently.
• Schedule service appointments and communicate with customers by phone, email and chat.
