AT&T is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant in Issaquah, WA to deliver consultative sales experiences on the floor. You will help customers choose from AT&T’s devices and services, ship online orders, and engage in outbound calls to grow the customer base.

The role supports a 9am–9pm schedule including weekends, with seniority-based scheduling and a focus on meeting sales targets. Prior retail or customer-facing experience is a plus, and training is provided to help you succeed.

• Training and coaching provided to help you meet and exceed goals.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through options using a consultative sales approach.
• Fill online orders and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Meet and exceed sales targets with commission opportunities.
