Job summary

AT&T is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to engage customers with consultative selling, showcase AT&T products and services, and drive sales in a fast-paced store environment. You will participate in community events, process online orders, and reach out to existing and potential customers.

You’ll work a 40-hour week (9am–9pm, including weekends) with seniority-based scheduling and coaching to reach goals.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, you’ll use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
• You’ll be part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• You’ll work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends with 2 weeks' advance senority-based scheduling.
