AT&T in Spokane, WA is looking for a Retail Sales Consultant to help customers choose devices and services, guiding them with a consultative approach. You’ll be part of a team that drives sales while building relationships through events, online orders, and outbound calls.

You will work a 9am–9pm schedule, including weekends, with seniority-based schedules released 2 weeks in advance. Training and coaching are provided to help you succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!

Responsabilités

• Sell AT&T products and services with a consultative approach to help customers choose options that fit their needs.
• Meet sales targets and earn commissions based on performance.
• Participate in events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Follow a schedule from 9am–9pm, including weekends, with 2 weeks’ advanced notice for seniority-based shifts.
