AT&T is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant in Kirkland, WA. You’ll use a consultative approach to guide customers through device options and services, helping them find the best fit while earning commissions.

You’ll participate in community events, process online orders, and make outbound calls to customers, with a 9am–9pm schedule that includes weekends. Training is provided for newcomers to achieve goals.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer-facing sales experience preferred.
• If no experience, training and coaching provided to meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through options.
• Engage with the community via events, online orders, and outbound calls to customers.
• Work a 9am–9pm schedule, including weekends, with two weeks’ notice for seniority-based rosters.
• Adapt quickly to a fast-paced retail environment and evolving technology to meet customer needs.
• Support customers in selecting products and services and help them meet their goals.
