• Help your account executive solve customer needs, find carriers for time‑sensitive freight and manage daily operations.
• Participate in hands‑on and virtual training sessions; develop negotiation skills through prospecting and cold calling.
• Build your book: meet sales metrics and become eligible for commission; establish relationships to close new customers.
