TQL in Charleston, West Virginia is seeking an Account Representative to join a fast-paced sales team. This full-time role combines training with a path to high earning potential through uncapped commissions, starting from a $40,000 base salary.

No prior experience is required as you will enter an accelerated training program to learn the logistics industry, then grow new and existing business by presenting transportation services and resolving freight issues around the clock.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with the sales team and customers as the subject matter expert to build and maintain relationships.
• Manage projects from start to finish while overseeing daily shipments and resolve issues to ensure pickups and deliveries are on time.
• Work with the sales team to provide and negotiate competitive pricing.
• Input, update and manage shipment information in our state-of-the-art systems.
• Collaborate with the support team to guarantee each shipment is serviced properly.
• Assist with billing and accounting responsibilities as needed.
