Job summary

Renewal by Andersen is seeking motivated sales professionals to join our next training class in September 2026. Our Design Consultants visit residential homes to present window and door replacement solutions and help homeowners make same-day decisions.

This is a high-velocity, one-call close sales role with no project management or follow-up required. Qualified candidates have 2+ years of sales success in premium markets, hold a valid driver's license, and are comfortable traveling up to 2 hours

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Travel up to 2 hours for appointments daily.
• Ability to lift 40–60 lbs of sample materials.
• Comfort navigating various apps on an iPad.
• 2+ years of sales in luxury goods or high-value transactions.
• Willingness to learn a structured sales process.

Responsibilities

• Visit pre-scheduled residential appointments and conduct sales presentations.
• Provide homeowners with information to make same-day decisions.
• Close sales with a strong one-call close approach.
• No project management or follow up required.
