Renewal by Andersen is seeking motivated sales professionals to join our next training class in November 2026. Designers visit homes to present window and door replacements and close on the same day.

Role offers a full commission structure (uncapped), paid training, and opportunities for annual top-performer rewards. Insurance, RRSP, student loan repayment, and tuition assistance are also available.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of sales success in luxury goods, premium services, or high-value transactions.
• Have a valid Driver’s License.
• Comfortable traveling up to 3 hours for appointments daily.
• Ability to lift and carry 40-60 lbs of sample materials.
• Willingness to learn a structured and proven sales process.
• Capable of navigating various applications on an iPad.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct in-home sales presentations and close deals on the same day.
• This position does not require cold calling or project management; it is a high-closure role.
• Attend pre-scheduled residential appointments and present replacement options.
