Job summary

Renewal by Andersen is seeking motivated sales professionals to join our next training class in November 2026. Our Design Consultants go to pre-scheduled residential appointments and conduct sales presentations for window and door replacements.

This is a strong one-call close role with no project management or follow-up required. You will earn a full commission with uncapped earnings, plus paid training and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Have a valid Driver’s License (required).
• Comfortable traveling up to 2 hours for appointments on a daily basis (required).
• Ability to lift and carry at least 40-60 lbs. of sample materials (required).
• Capable of navigating various applications on an iPad (required).
• 2+ years of sales success in luxury goods, premium services, or high-value transactions.
• Willingness to learn a structured and proven sales process.

Responsibilities

• Go to pre-scheduled residential appointments and conduct sales presentations.
• Provide homeowners with all necessary information for a same-day decision.
• Strong one-call close sales role with no project management or follow up required.
• Travel up to 2 hours daily for appointments.
