Renewal by Andersen is seeking motivated sales professionals to join our next training class in November 2026. Our Design Consultants go to pre-scheduled in-home appointments and present window and door replacement options, helping homeowners decide on the spot.

This role offers uncapped commissions, paid training, and growth opportunities. Eligible for full insurance package (medical, dental, vision, and life) and employer RRSP contributions, with student loan repayment and tuition assistance

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Travel up to 3 hours daily.
• Ability to lift 40–60 lbs.
• Proficient with iPad applications.
• 2+ years sales success in luxury goods or premium services.
• Willingness to learn a structured sales process.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home sales presentations and close deals.
• Attend pre-scheduled appointments.
• Maintain high closing performance and customer focus.
• Participate in ongoing coaching and training.
• Compete for annual top-performer incentives.
