Renewal by Andersen is seeking motivated sales professionals to join our next training class in November 2026. Design Consultants visit pre-scheduled residential appointments and present information so homeowners can decide on window and door replacements, aiming for a same-day close on that visit.

This full commission role offers uncapped earnings from $100,000 to $250,000+ annually, paid training, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, 401(k), and student

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales success in luxury goods, premium services, or high-value transactions.
• Have a valid Driver’s License (required).
• Comfortable traveling up to 2 hours for appointments on a daily basis (required).
• Ability to lift and carry at least 40-60 lbs. of sample materials (required).
• Capable of navigating various applications on an iPad (required).
• Willingness to learn a structured and proven sales process.

Responsibilities

• Go to pre-scheduled residential appointments and conduct sales presentations.
• Provide homeowners with all necessary information to make a same-day decision on window and door replacement projects.
• Close the sale on the visit with a strong, one-call close approach.
