Renewal by Andersen Metro & Midwest is seeking motivated sales professionals to join our training class. Design Consultants visit pre-scheduled residential appointments to present window and door replacements and aim for same-day closes.

Full-time, commission-based role with uncapped earnings; paid training and mentorship provided. Eligible for full insurance package and employee benefits; RRSP and loan repayment assistance available.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required.
• Willingness to travel up to 3 hours daily for appointments.
• Ability to lift 40–60 lbs of sample materials.
• Proficiency navigating applications on an iPad.
• 2+ years of sales success in luxury goods or high-value transactions.
• Willingness to learn a structured and proven sales process.

Responsibilities

• Attend pre-scheduled residential appointments to present window/door replacement options.
• Close sales on the same day with homeowners; no cold calling.
• Participate in paid training and ongoing coaching.
• Earn uncapped commissions with performance bonuses.
