Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, contractors, and the public while following site-specific security procedures and policies.
• Respond to incidents and concerns calmly and professionally per established emergency protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned facilities and surrounding areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Observe and report hazards, maintenance issues, and policy violations with accurate incident reporting.
• Assist with access control, visitor direction, and crowd management while maintaining a professional presence.
