Qualifications

• Supervisory experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required per policy.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation and drug screen required.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, contractors, and the public following procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of transit facilities, administrative areas, parking, platforms, and perimeters.
• Respond to incidents calmly and coordinate with relevant personnel and emergency services.
• Monitor access points and manage entry/exit procedures for authorized individuals.
• Complete accurate activity reports and shift logs per Allied Universal procedures.
