Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Alarm Operator in San Francisco, CA. You will patrol, deter incidents, assist tenants and visitors, and uphold a welcoming environment. The role requires a customer-service mindset, security experience, and the ability to lift 20+ pounds, with background checks and drug screening.

Position type: Full Time. Pay rate: $24.50 per hour. Schedule includes DayTime and Night shifts.

Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience.
• Comfortable using a computer/tablet.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Able to lift more than 20 pounds.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles (21+ for armed).
• Background and drug screening required.
• Licensing may be required by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors and follow site policies.
• Respond to incidents and tenant concerns in a calm, controlled manner, following reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of building interiors, common areas, parking facilities, entry points, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points and observe activity, reporting issues to appropriate personnel.
• Maintain accurate activity logs and incident reports with a professional presence.
