NC Protection Group is seeking a Security Supervisor (Unarmed, Uniformed) to lead a 10-15 officer team on a day shift. The role emphasizes post coverage, incident reporting, and adherence to client security protocols in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of supervisory experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to train and mentor officers while coordinating with the Security Director.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum 1 year of security supervisory experience or equivalent.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise a team of 10–15 officers.
• Experience conducting shift briefings and pass-down communications.
• Ability to enforce company standards, appearance, and conduct policies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, direct, and support a team of 10-15 security officers.
• Ensure full post coverage with no lapses in security services.
• Conduct shift briefings and pass-down communications.
• Monitor officer performance and enforce standards, appearance, and conduct policies.
• Provide on-the-job training, mentoring, and corrective coaching.
• Complete performance evaluations and disciplinary documentation with management.
