Doyle Security Services, Inc. is seeking a Shift Supervisor/Lead Rover to oversee on-site staff, conduct rounds, and complete incident reports via GuardTek. The role requires strong customer service, incident reporting, and teamwork with local law enforcement as needed.

The position is Sunday-Thursday, 0000-0800, with a starting pay of USD 25.00 per hour. Join a team focused on safety, reliability, and professional service at client sites nationwide.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid NYS Security Guard License.
• Must be available to work weekends.
• Must have exceptional Customer Service Skills.
• Must be able to verbally de-escalate situations.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct shift operations of on-site staff in accordance with client post orders and DSS policies.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while guiding the on-site staff.
• Conduct rounds throughout the shift of the site via GuardTek.
• Investigate and complete reports related to incidents via GuardTek.
• Assist with maintaining proper timesheets and payroll records.
• Assist with training and mentoring of the shift for the on-site staff.
• Interact with local law enforcement agencies as required.
