Job summary

Doyle Security Services, Inc. is seeking a Security Officer to observe and report activities at client sites, patrol premises, and protect property and personnel. This role requires standing most of the workday and flexibility across shifts, including on-call coverage as needed.

• Valid NYS Security Guard License.
• Must be available to work weekends.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Must be able to verbally de-escalate situations.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures.
• Securing premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry.
• Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities; interviewing witnesses; obtaining signatures.
• Tasks assigned by supervisor or manager.
