Doyle Security Services, Inc. is seeking a Shift Supervisor/Lead Rover to oversee on-site staff and ensure security operations align with client post orders. The role requires standing for long periods and working overnight Sunday through Thursday, with rounds conducted via GuardTek.

Ideal candidates hold a NYS Security Guard License, are 18+, available weekends, and possess strong customer service skills to de-escalate situations and maintain a secure site.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and direct shift operations of on-site staff.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and guidance to staff.
• Conduct rounds throughout the shift via GuardTek.
• Investigate and complete incident reports via GuardTek.
• Assist with maintaining timesheets and payroll records.
• Assist with training and mentoring of on-site staff.
• Interact with local law enforcement as required.
• Ensure compliance with client post orders and DSS policies.

Observes and reports activities and incidents at an assigned client site, providing for the security and safety of client property and personnel. Makes periodic tours to check for irregularities. Preserves order and may act to enforce regulations and directives for the site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and premises. Work requires the ability to stand for the majority of workday.

Shift Supervisor/Lead Rover Job Duties

• Oversee and direct shift operations of on-site staff in accordance with the established client post orders & DSS company riles and policies.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while providing guidance to the on-site staff.
• Conduct rounds throughout the shift of the site via guardtek.
• Investigate and complete reports related to incidents and/or accidents via guardtek.
• Assist with maintaining proper timesheets and payroll records.
• Assist with training and mentoring of the shift for the on-site staff.
• Interact with local law enforcement agencies as required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid NYS Security Guard License
• Must be available to work weekends
• Must have exceptional Customer Service Skills
• Must be able to verbally de-escalate situations
