Marksman Security LLC is now hiring Unarmed Security Officers in Durham, NC to join our frontline security team. You will monitor access, conduct patrols, manage logs, and provide outstanding customer service for tenants and visitors.

Requirements: 21+ years old, at least one year security experience, valid Driver’s License, clean driving history, GED or HS diploma, and TN Security License. We offer stable full-time shifts, paid time off, and career growth opportunities.

• High School diploma or GED
• TN Security License Required
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Able to meet physical essential functions of the job.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent Customer Service to all parties encountered while on duty.
• Maintain clear, accurate administrative logs at front desk pertaining to people or property including packages.
• Control access for tenants, visitors or vendors as required
• Monitor security guard cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain a safe environment
• Respond to incidents, including emergencies at the property, and record data on incidents for building and Titan Security management
• Other duties as assigned

Pay: $18.25 /Hour

Shift: Hiring for all shifts (1st, 2nd, and 3rd), weekends and holidays are required.

Required Qualifications of Security Officers:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Minimum one year of security experience required.
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving history Required
• High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
• TN Security License Required
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Able to meet physical essential functions of the job, which can include lifting 50+ lbs, completing foot patrols, walking up and down stairs, working in inclement weather

Preferred Qualifications of Security Officers:

• Bi-lingual considered a plus.
• Evening, overnight, and weekend availability required
