Qualifications

• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation per laws.
• A drug screen will be required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a technology-focused location by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular and random foot and vehicle patrols of offices, entry points, parking areas, loading docks, and property perimeter.
• Monitor access points, verify authorized entry, and assist with visitor, contractor, and vendor access.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations; communicate observations promptly and follow reporting procedures.
• Document patrol activities and incidents with a professional presence.
