Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors and employees by following security procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility and surrounding areas to deter incidents.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials according to site policies.
• Respond calmly to incidents and communicate with supervisors and emergency responders.
• Document patrols and security observations following reporting procedures.
