Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, perimeter, parking areas, loading areas, and other assigned locations.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and report suspicious activity or policy violations to site leadership.
• Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift handoff communications.
