Qualifications

• Experience with access control and badge processes is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check will be required.
• Drug screen required where allowed by law.
• Licensing requirements subject to state/local laws and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a technology, media, and telecommunications location.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, exterior perimeter, parking areas, loading zones, and other assigned areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe personnel, visitors, and vehicle activity per site procedures.
• Document patrols, incidents, and unusual conditions accurately and communicate information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.
