Allied Universal is hiring a Security Guard Full Time Unarmed Patrol in Chantilly, VA. The role involves patrolling facilities, controlling access, and delivering excellent customer service to personnel and contractors at a technology/location site.

Requirements include at least 1 year security experience, HS diploma, and that candidates are at least 18 years old. Pay is $21.00 per hour with daytime schedule and shift rotations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check as per federal/state/local laws.
• Drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors at a technology, media, or telecommunications location by carrying out security procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, business areas, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization; report access-related issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner and escalate as needed.
• Prepare clear and accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift handoff communications.
