Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Patrol Alarm Systems in Richmond, VA. You will monitor and patrol a commercial real estate location, maintain a visible presence, and respond to security concerns while delivering strong customer service. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Access control/badge experience preferred.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Loss prevention experience preferred.
• Computer or tablet proficiency preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check required by law; drug screen as permitted.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors and clients per site policies.
• Respond to incidents calmly and escalate according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the property, including common areas and parking.
• Monitor access points and deter unauthorized entry.
• Prepare clear incident reports and maintain records.
