Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and customers at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly following site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of banking areas, entrances, and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization per site procedures; report unusual conditions.
