Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and clients by following site policies and emergency procedures.
• Respond to incidents calmly and escalate according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the property including common areas, parking, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points to deter unauthorized entry and report concerns.
• Prepare clear incident reports and maintain patrol logs.
