Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Driver Field Reporting in Austin, TX. You will monitor and protect a technology-focused location, deliver excellent customer service, and maintain a visible security presence while complying with policy.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, basic computer skills, and the ability to complete reports and incident documentation. Schedule includes day and night shifts, with a driver-based assignment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license is required per policy.
• Comfortable using a computer/tablet.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors at a tech-focused site.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and access concerns calmly and follow site procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of offices, common areas, parking and perimeters.
• Monitor access points and verify visitor credentials as directed.
• Prepare accurate activity and incident reports and communicate shift updates.
