Job summary

Allied Universal in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL is seeking a Part-Time Unarmed Security Officer to monitor and protect a premier commercial real estate location. You will provide customer service, deter security incidents, and maintain a visible presence as part of a team.

This role requires a valid driver’s license, at least 1 year of security experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and compliance with background checks and drug screening.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of security-related experience.
• Valid driver’s license as per policy requirements.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen as a condition of employment.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors and staff while following site policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interiors, grounds and parking areas.
• Monitor access, observe activity and report concerns to site management.
• Respond calmly to incidents and coordinate with emergency responders when needed.
• Complete daily activity reports and shift communications.
