Job summary

Allied Universal in Delray Beach, FL is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer (Unarmed Driving Role). You will conduct routine patrols, deter security incidents, provide excellent customer service to tenants and visitors, and maintain a visible, professional presence across our commercial real estate locations.

This driving position requires a valid driver’s license and a commitment to safety. You’ll work a fixed evening schedule, join a supportive team, and benefit from Allied Universal’s

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and property management personnel.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the property and surrounding areas.
• Monitor access and verify visitor/contractor authorization.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and maintenance concerns calmly and professionally.
• Prepare clear reports of patrols, incidents, and observations.
