Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out site-specific security procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Perform regular unarmed patrols throughout technology-focused offices and surrounding areas.
• Observe, report unusual activity and access issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain accurate activity logs and incident reports per site requirements.
