Qualifications

• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws and may be required.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out site-specific security procedures and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents calmly and escalate concerns through proper channels.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols in technology-focused offices, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Observe and report unusual activity, unauthorized access attempts, and facility concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Maintain accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation per site requirements.
