Allied Universal, North America's leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Driver Full Time in South Chesterfield, VA. You will serve and safeguard clients, perform routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence with excellent customer service across a logistics and distribution site.

This driving role requires a valid driver's license; a Guard Card is preferred.

Qualifications

A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Guard Card or license preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Background investigation required by law.
Drug screen required where permitted by law.
Licensing requirements may vary by state/local laws.
A valid driver's license required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations with calm, documented reporting.
Conduct regular patrols of warehouse areas, loading docks, and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor access points and visitor/driver activity, verify authorization and direct individuals per site rules.
Report issues such as damaged gates or lighting concerns to site contacts and leadership.
