Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Driver in South Chesterfield, VA. This full-time role involves patrolling, providing customer service, and maintaining security across a logistics site.

A valid driver’s license is required, and prior security experience is a plus. The position offers a day-time schedule with shifts from 06:00 AM to 02:00 PM, and benefits through Allied Universal's comprehensive program.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required per policy.
• Guard Card or license preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check as required by federal/state/local laws.
• Drug screen as permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required before employment.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving roles only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients and follow site procedures.
• Respond to incidents calmly and document observations per procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of warehouse areas and perimeters.
• Monitor access points and direct individuals as required by site rules.
• Report damaged gates, lighting concerns, or security issues to leadership.
