Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Driver for a full-time position in South Chesterfield, VA. The role involves patrolling a logistics and distribution site, providing customer service, and maintaining a visible security presence.

Pay rate is $19.45 per hour with a standard 5‑day schedule from Wednesday to Sunday, 06:00 AM to 02:00 PM. Candidates must have a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles.

Qualifications

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and document observations according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of warehouse areas and access points to deter unauthorized activity.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document and report observations according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of warehouse areas, loading docks, trailer yards, parking areas, entry points, and the business perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor, contractor, and driver activity; verify authorization and direct individuals per site requirements.
• Report damaged gates, lighting concerns, unsecured doors, and other security observations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
