Job summary

Allied Universal's Maple Grove location seeks a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Driver to protect people and property. You will perform routine patrols, monitor access points, and respond to incidents with calm, professional judgment.

Strong candidates have a valid driver's license, customer service experience, and the ability to work a daytime schedule. Training and advancement opportunities are offered along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Requires a valid driver’s license and background background check.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and guests while following site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of office areas, common spaces, parking areas, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity per site requirements; report concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner and document actions.
• Maintain accurate daily activity reports and communicate with leadership and clients.
