Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent must be possessed.
• Background check is required by law.
• Valid driver's license in the job location state.
• Ages 18+ for unarmed positions; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background investigations and drug screening are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors at a financial services location by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the building, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and verify visitor, employee, and contractor authorization per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents calmly and document actions taken.
• Prepare clear patrol and incident reports per site requirements.
