Job summary

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old; background checks as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees and visitors by following site security procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of facility interiors, exteriors, and parking areas.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials as required by site policies.
• Respond to incidents calmly and notify appropriate site contacts and responders.
• Complete daily activity and incident reports per Allied Universal procedures.
