Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license required.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screening as per laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors at a technology/telecom site.
• Conduct regular unarmed foot and vehicle patrols of buildings, parking areas, entrances, and surrounding perimeter.
• Monitor access points and support visitor, contractor, and delivery procedures.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly and professionally and notify relevant contacts.
• Document patrol activity and observations for leadership and site reps.
