Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, drivers, visitors, and employees by carrying out site-specific security procedures and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of distribution facilities, loading areas, parking lots, access points, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials and documenting arrivals.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and notify site contacts or responders.
• Support orderly movement of vehicles and personnel with accurate logs and shift handoff information.
