Job summary

Prosegur is seeking an Unarmed Security Officer in Seattle with an active TWIC Card. The role focuses on maintaining a safe environment, customer service, and adherence to client post instructions.

You will operate with basic computer skills, report hazards, and participate in training to uphold security standards. Compensation includes pay per hour with bonuses for TWIC eligibility and successful milestones.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age
• Valid TWIC Card
• Valid WA Guard card
• Must pass all training
• High School Diploma or GED
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• Clean driving record and valid driver license
• Able to follow complex instructions
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Willingness to undergo screening (drug test and background)
• Knowledge of security operations and procedures

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees while performing unarmed security duties.
• Promote safety by observing, correcting, and reporting hazards.
• Comply with Prosegur and client requirements and post instructions.
• Participate in training and become familiar with safety procedures.
• Interact professionally with clients, visitors, employees and the public.
• Demonstrate customer service orientation and basic to intermediate computer skills; communicate effectively in writing and speech.
• Perform routine foot patrols and handle moderate lifting; work in all weather conditions.

Pay: $25.00/hr IF YOU HAVE AN ACTIVE AND VALID TWIC CARD

BONUS: IF YOU HAVE A VALID AND ACTIVE TWIC CARD

$250 BONUS AFTER 90 DAYS OF EMPLOYMENT

$250 BONUS AFTER 6 MONTHS OF EMPLOYMENT

Duties and responsibilities:

• Maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees while providing general Unarmed security duties to our clients.
• Promote safety by being alert to observe, correct, and report any hazards.
• Understand and comply with Prosegur and Client requirements, as well as specific post instructions.
• Participate in training and become familiar with general safety procedures.
• Interact with clients, visitors, employees, and the public in a professional manner.
• This position will require you to be customer service oriented and have basic to intermediate computer skills, as well as effective written and oral communication skills.
• You must be able to perform routine foot patrols, moderate lifting, and work in all-weather elements as an Unarmed Security Officer.

• Valid WA Guard card REQUIREMENT
• Must be able to pass all necessary training
• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Willingness to participate in the company's screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
