Job summary

Prosegur is seeking an Unarmed Security Officer to maintain a safe environment for customers and staff. You will patrol, monitor CCTV, report hazards, and uphold client requirements with professional communication.

You will engage with clients and visitors, applying strong customer service skills and reliable English communication. Training is provided, with emphasis on safety and procedures across shifts.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• 1–2 years CCTV experience.
• 1–2 years customer service experience.
• Must pass all training.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Clean driving record and valid license.
• Ability to follow complex instructions.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Willing to participate in screening including drug tests and background checks.
• Knowledge of security operations and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe, secure environment for customers and employees.
• Promote safety by observing, correcting, and reporting hazards.
• Comply with Prosegur and client requirements and post instructions.
• Participate in training and learn safety procedures.
• Interact professionally with clients, visitors, employees, and the public.
• Demonstrate customer service orientation and basic to intermediate computer skills.
• Perform routine foot patrols and work in all weather as an Unarmed Security Officer.

Job Skills / Requirements

Duties and responsibilities:

• Maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees while providing general Unarmed security duties to our clients.
• Promote safety by being alert to observe, correct, and report any hazards.
• Understand and comply with Prosegur and Client requirements, as well as specific post instructions.
• Participate in training and become familiar with general safety procedures.
• Interact with clients, visitors, employees, and the public in a professional manner.
• This position will require you to be customer service oriented and have basic to intermediate computer skills, as well as effective written and oral communication skills.
• You must be able to perform routine foot patrols, moderate lifting, and work in all-weather elements as an Unarmed Security Officer.?

• Minimum1-2years' experienceCCTV programs/applications
• Minimum1-2 years' experience in customer service
• Must be able to pass all necessary training
• High School Diploma or GED required.
