Job summary

Prosegur is seeking an Unarmed Security Officer in Nashville to maintain a secure environment for customers and employees, perform routine patrols, and respond to calls with professionalism in all weather conditions.

The role requires a High School Diploma and an Unarmed Security License, along with basic computer skills and strong communication. Cross-training at multiple locations is expected to support site coverage and client service.

Job Skills / Requirements

Duties and responsibilities included but not limited to:

• Maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees while providing general Unarmed security duties to our clients.
• Promote safety by being alert to observe, correct, and report any hazards.
• Understand and comply with Prosegur and Client requirements, as well as specific post instructions.
• Participate in training and become familiar with general safety procedures.
• Interact with clients, visitors, employees, and the public in a professional manner.
• This position will require you to be customer service oriented and have basic to intermediate computer skills, as well as effective written and oral communication skills.
• You must be able to perform routine foot patrols, moderate lifting, and work in all-weather elements as an Unarmed Security Officer.
• Respond to any calls from the operator requesting a shift to be covered from little to no notice.
• Must be able to cross-train in various locations for any coverage needed , learning different SOP's and specific site instructions.
