Qualifications

• One year of security-related experience required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• State/local security license preferred.
• 18+ (unarmed) / 21+ (armed)
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check required in accordance with laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements vary by state/locality.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide respectful customer service to residents, visitors, and staff while following site procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the facility, grounds, and perimeter to identify and report issues.
• Monitor entrances/exits and verify authorized access per site procedures.
• Respond calmly to incidents and alert appropriate personnel.
• Prepare clear reports and communicate observations to site leadership.
