The position is full-time, pays $17.00 per hour, and requires a high school diploma, 18+ (21+ for armed roles), and a background/drug screen per legal requirements.

Qualifications

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors following site policies.
• Demonstrate calm, problem-solving responses to incidents and alarms.
• Conduct regular and random patrols across production, warehouse, and exterior perimeters.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and report concerns per site protocol.
• Complete routine security reports and coordinate with site personnel.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner and document observations according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouse spaces, loading docks, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter, with working conditions that may vary by location.
• Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized entry by verifying credentials, observing site activity, and reporting concerns to the appropriate contacts.
• Support daily operations by communicating with site personnel, following post orders, and completing routine reports related to security-related activities and incidents.
